  If it was possible to give this place no stars I would. Customer service is absolutely horrible there. When a family member is already dealing with the loss of a loved one, they shouldn't have to deal with the attitudes of the staff that works here. DO NOT USE THIS FUNERAL HOME!

  i had called multiple funeral homes to help me plan for my mothers passing, but when we met Andrew Hasse, I knew I had found someone informative and compassionate that would help us through this difficult time. He helped my family making it exactly what we needed and what my mother wanted. He took the time to make it happen. I recommend this service to anyone whom needs someone to help them in a professional and individual/personalized manner.

  A remarkable facility as the Haase Derrick Lockwood Funeral Home in Twin Lakes, Wisconsin has provide an outstanding environment for a funeral of a very dear friend, Dawn. Of note is that this location is a powerful allegory for an event that that is close to the hearts of all. Usually funerals are a time of traumatic emotional grief as the notion of death is one that is difficult to cope with. I myself found that everything was in order here and recommend the services of Haase Derrick Lockwood because of the various insights they provide. Decorations such as their stained glass windows reflecting in a mirror reminded me of the station of the cross where Veronica wiped the face of Jesus to obtain a 'True Image'. Also in the mini kitchen other parabolas were present such as the brand of sugar 'Kirkland' used to sweeten the coffee, and a clean basin and faucet in the corner manifested what a sketch artist would see as an angel with a rich legacy to share. I did notice a ritual whereas the aluminum foil was stacked in a cam assembly in the right corner 'Female' across from the sink faucet 'Male' and that only makes sense as station of the cross four or IV is one where Jesus meets his mother, a joining if you will.
